Artist Talk: Noon. Joseph E. B. Elliott, who photographed the steel mills in Bethlehem from 1989 until final shutdown in 1996, will talk about his process and work. His work is in the collections of the Athenaeum of Philadelphia and the Library of Congress, and his photographs have been published in Common Ground, Smithsonian, Wired, and Metropolis.
