Rolling traffic stops on Route 33 between routes 248 and 191 are planned for tomorrow, Wednesday, December 4 between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to allow workers to perform blasting operations adjacent to the roadway, PennDOT reports. The stops will affect both northbound and southbound lanes.
A contractor will be performing the work for the Charles Chrin Corporation.
PennDOT says the work will likely cause delays and that drivers should be extra cautious when driving through the area.
