Today is Christmas Eve.

Many local government offices are closed, including the City of Easton. Northampton County offices close at noon.

Palmer Township Board of Supervisors meeting: 7 p.m. In the Palmer Library meeting room, at the Municipal Complex, 1 Weller Place (off of Newburg Road), Palmer Township.

Today is Christmas day.

A very merry Christmas to all who celebrate it from The Easton Eccentric!

Today is a federal and state holiday. Additionally, all local government offices are closed.

There is no LANTA bus service today. However, on holidays, when there is no LANTA bus service, the public may ride Trans-Bridge buses locally for $2 per trip.
