Simultaneous raids of residences just two doors apart in the 600 block of Ferry Street resulted in the arrests of two men early this morning, Easton police report.
Arrested at 614 Ferry St. Apt. 2 during the 6 a.m. operation was Richard Wilkins, 30, who is facing charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say they found and seized marijuana with an estimated street value of $1,900 and $200 cash.
At 618 Ferry St. Apt. 3, police say they found a 9mm automatic handgun with an obliterated serial number, crack cocaine, and approximately $2,000 in cash. Timothy Glasgow, 30, was arrested at the scene and faces felony charges of possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer's number, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also seized at the residence was a 2005 Dodge Durango that police say they plan to search and possibly seek for forfeiture.
Investigations leading to the raids were headed by the Easton Police Department Vice Unit, and police say they believe the suspects' activities are connected.
Easton police noted that a Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team assisted in executing the searches.
Both 614 and 618 Ferry St. are owned and operated by real estate management firms, according to online county records.

Three Arrested in Simultaneous Police Raids
Three people were arrested early this morning after Easton police conducted three simultaneous raids at locations in the city's West Ward and South Side neighborhoods.
Michael Ayala, 43, and Mikaela Ayala, 29, were arrested after a warranted search by a Pennsylvania State Police Special Response Team (SERT) at 20 North Ninth St. yielded crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $2,900 in cash, a media release from the Easton Police Department said.
Michael Ayala faces charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and is expected to be arraigned later today, police said.
Mikaela Ayala, who is Michael Ayala's daughter, has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released and will be cited via summons, authorities said.
At 740 West Wilkes Barre St., Mark Parks Sr. was arrested and faces charges of possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Police report they seized approximately $10,000 worth of heroin, $3,000 worth of marijuana, and a scale at the residence. Parks is expected to be arraigned later today.
A warranted search was also conducted at a garage located at 228 North 14th St. and police were in the process over the course of Friday morning searching and seizing for forfeiture four vehicles and a motorcycle related to Parks' arrest, law enforcement authorities said.
Investigations leading to the raids were conducted by the Easton Police Department's vice/narcotics unit, the department said, adding that the cases were not connected and that no one was injured during the raids.
According to online county tax records, all three of the properties that were searched by police Friday morning are locally owned with all property owners listed as residing in Northampton County.
Updated at 12:31 p.m. to clarify the familial relationship of two of those charged.

Man Arrested as Police Raid Nets Heroin and Crack Cocaine
A warranted search of a home at 1227 Spruce St. in Easton's West Ward neighborhood by city police early this morning led to the arrest of one man and the seizure of quantities of heroin and crack cocaine, police report.
Jaronzia Fletcher, 39, was arrested at about 6 a.m. at the residence after police found about $2,500 worth of heroin and $100 of crack cocaine, authorities said.
Fletcher will face charges of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance for the heroin and possession of a controlled substance for the crack cocaine that was found, it was added.
Police said the search was the result of an investigation that was begun in September that focused on the sale of heroin in the neighborhood.

Two Arrested in South Side Drug Raid
Easton police arrested two people early this morning during a warranted search of a home in the city's South Side neighborhood.
Authorities say Kelly Craven, 31, and Kahmir DeLapara, 20, were both arrested after the Easton Police Special Response Unit and Vice Unit discovered undisclosed amounts of heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana at 315 Palmer St. They added the drugs were packaged in a manner consistent with intent to resell the substances.
Both were taken into custody and are going to be charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, cocaine, and marijuana, as well as conspiracy to possess heroin.
Each is expected to be arraigned today in front of District Magistate Daniel Corpora.
Easton Police Crime Unit detectives also assisted during the search, in hopes of locating possible evidence relating to the homicide death of Amanda Stratford, which occurred on September 22 on Peach Street in the city's West Ward district , police said. No one has yet been charged in the crime.
No one was injured during the raid, police noted.

Two Arrested After Simultaneous Drug Raids
Two men were arrested early this morning when The Easton Police Vice Narcotics Unit, Special Response Unit and the Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team executed two narcotics search warrants simultaneously at 217 Orchard St. and 667 Northampton St., Apt. 3.
Thomas Pollard was taken into custody at the address near the edge of the West Ward and charged with delivery of heroin on an existing arrest warrant, police said in a media release.
Authorities added that heroin was additionally found the address, and Pollard is expected to face the additional charge of possession of heroin as a result.
Troy Myers, taken into custody by the EPD Special Response Unit at 217 Orchard St. in the city's Southside, is to be charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, after police found crack cocaine at the residence, the media release said.
The arrests and charges are the result of an EPD Vice Unit investigation that targeted street level drug dealers in Easton, police added.

Two Charged with Marijuana Possession After Morning Drug Raid
Two people were arrested and released during a drug raid this morning in Easton's West Ward, police report.
During a warranted search at 116 North 15th St., Apt. A, by the Easton Police Vice Unit, Special Response Unit, Wilson Police and the Northampton County Drug Task Force, Bernice Beasley, 47, and Angela Alvin, 34, were both charged and released after authorities say they were found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both were processed and released, and will receive a summons.
Authorities say the raid was the result of a several months long investigation focused on crack cocaine sales in the Wilson Borough and City of Easton areas.
Police added in a media release that the invesigation is ongoing relating to other people at the residence that may possibly be involved in such illegal substance sales.

Two Men to Be Charged with Selling Crack
Two men were arrested today at South 13th and Washington streets in the city's West Ward after allegedly selling $50 worth of crack cocaine in a controlled purchase arranged by the Easton Police Vice/Narcotics Unit.
Arthur Dennis, 42, and Devol James, 25, will each be charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance, the Easton Police Department said in a media release.
Both suspects are expected to be arraigned this evening, police added.
