The calendar says it's finally really spring...And, this weekend, the weather will even likely agree. After this winter, that's a great reason to celebrate.

21st Annual First Day of Spring Italian Ice Giveaway: Noon to 9 p.m. All guests who visit will receive a free limited edition cup of Italian Ice in the available flavor of their choice to celebrate the arrival of spring. "Can’t Beat Hospital Food" Cook-Off: 11 a.m. Guest chefs Easton Mayor Sal Panto will face off with Easton Area Community Center Chef agains Easton Hospital Executive Chef Timothy Strella over two rounds, using local ingredients to make "hospital-style" culinary creations. "Chopped" Champion Chefs Darius Peacock and Abe Lopez, along with Easton Hospital CEO John Zidansek will act as judges and decide the winner.
