Scene in Easton: Thinking Pink

The City of Easton has once again colored the Centre Square fountain waters pink in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which runs through October. Additionally, for the first time, the windows and night-time lighting at the Alpha Building, which houses City Hall, have also been changed to pink to help raise awareness.

City employees held a dress-down day on Friday too, with some workers making a volunary personal contribution to the American Cancer Society for the privilege to go casually pink for the work day.
