During the information session, which is set for 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the club's library, participants will discuss the upcoming Phillipsburg/Easton Halloween Parade,scheduled for Sunday, October 27.
"The purpose of this meeting will be to inform, orientate, and begin brainstorming on ideas that parents, club kids, and staff want to offer in preparation for the Halloween Parade," said B&GCE Program Director Tina Dowling-Hackett.
Pre-registration for the event is encouraged, and refreshments will be served.
The open house event will offer pre-registration for the upcoming 2013-2014 Citywide Basketball Program, after school tutoring and homework help, and tours of the club’s facilities.
