Easton Police are investigating after a man reportedly attempted to lure away two underage girls Wednesday afternoon.
The two juvenile girls were reportedly approached in the 600 block of Northampton Street at about 4 p.m. by a thin, six-foot-tall white male with red hair and light facial hair who asked them to "go with him." The man was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a black backpack.
The girls refused and the man fled the area, police said.
Police say they are treating the incident as a suspicious situation.
